Chocolate en La plaza was founded by chocolatiers/husband and wife Sebastian and Victoria who took an interesting turn from being bachelor students on Social Work to artisanal chocolatiers.

    Cocoa butter, also called theobroma oil, is a fat extracted from the cocoa bean. It is used to make chocolate. Cocoa butter also has a beautiful cocoa flavor and aroma.
